An AI sourcer for every stage of recruiting

Skosh runs the same stages for every role: review, outreach, replies & scheduling. Each stage runs hands-on or hands-free.

The stages

2 modes for each stage

  • Hands-on. You approve every outreach batch & reply, in the web console.
  • Hands-free. Skosh sends only from what you approved & brings you the rest.

Hands-free is off until you turn it on for a role, & outreach needs that role's approved template first. Pay & visa questions & replies in another language come to a person in every mode.

The Security page says how Skosh protects your data.

Where Skosh works

  • Sign-in: your team's work Google or Microsoft account.
  • The web console: every role & everything waiting for you in 1 place.
  • Claude (hosted): once an admin turns AI assistants on, ask for a plan draft from a job description & where in Skosh to act. Read only: sending, approving & deciding stay a tap in Skosh.
  • Your ATS: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Teamtailor & Workable. With your company's own ATS connection.
  • Gmail: Skosh sends from it only the outreach emails you approved, or that a template you approved for the role sends hands-free, the replies you send from the Inbox, or that a Replies template you approved for the role sends hands-free, the booking invite you approved, & up to 2 reminders before a booked call from templates you approved for the role.
  • Google Calendar: read only: where Skosh sees a booked, moved or cancelled call.
  • Google Sheets & Drive: your tracking sheets.
  • Company docs: Notion. Sparky reads only the pages an admin picks, as lines every admin approves.
  • Developer communities: GitHub, GitLab, Kaggle, Hugging Face, npm, crates.io & Codeforces. Sparky finds people by their public work.
  • Greenhouse, Lever & Ashby job boards: import a role's description from a public board, read only.

How to connect Claude: Use Sparky from your AI assistant.
