Questions
What is a Sparky?
Sparky is Skosh's AI sourcing assistant. Each Sparky works for 1 TA, & a busy TA can have more than 1. It works while you sleep, finding & screening people & drafting messages, but sends candidates messages only inside your working hours, never forgets a follow-up & stops the moment someone says stop. Nothing reaches a candidate unless a person approved it, or the template & rules it is sent from.
Who counts?
Only Sparkys. TAs, hiring managers & coordinators join free.
What is an open role?
A role Sparky is sourcing for. It counts once however many openings it has, so 10 openings on 1 role is 1 open role. Paused & closed roles do not count.
What is a profile review?
Sparky reading 1 person's profile against your role's criteria. Edit your criteria anytime: re-checks are free up to your monthly reviews, then 4 re-checks count as 1 review. 1,000 more profile reviews cost $150 in any month, bought in the app by an admin & kept to the end of the next month.
Where do emails & phone numbers come from?
Free sources first: what a candidate writes in a reply, your ATS & your own talent pool. Contact lookup for outreach: coming soon. Skosh never resells contact data, & never texts or calls a candidate by itself.
What else do we pay for?
Only the recruiting accounts your team already has, which stay yours & are billed by their providers. Skosh covers the AI.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with the free trial: 1 Sparky for 14 days on 1 role & 500 profile reviews, no card. Or hire a Contract Sparky: 60 days of Sparky Pro for your whole team, up to 10 open roles at a time shared however you like & 5,000 profile reviews a month for $1,500, set up with you, taken off your 1st year if you stay.
How does billing work?
Monthly plans renew each month & you can stop at the end of any month. Annual plans are 20% off & billed once a year. Sparky Ultra is a yearly contract, from 5 Sparkys.
Do we need new tools?
No. Skosh works in the recruiting tools & accounts your team already uses.
Who approves what Skosh sends?
Hands-on, a person approves every message & reply. Hands-free, Skosh sends only from what a person approved, & flags what it is unsure of.
Where is our data?
The Privacy policy says what Skosh processes & where it is stored, & the Security page says how Skosh protects it.
