Who's building it

Sumanth Krishna started Skosh to take the repetitive admin work off recruiters' plates. He built Sparky first for his own recruiting work, then for every team that hires.

The name
SKOSH stands for Source, Know, Outreach, Schedule & Hire: the path from finding a candidate to a hire. The name also nods to Shree Kosha, Sanskrit for a treasury, here a treasury of talent.
